His quick wit and high energy performances will keep you on the edge of you seat and sometimes even dancing in the aisles. “I have a past...” Brian says, with that twinkle in his eyes.

Most Recently Brian has been creating original music with a number of talented musicians. He has been cataloging and recording songs from the past 30 years. You will find many of those original songs on the MUSIC page of this site.
He was a resident host of the El Dorado Blues Festival in Reno and Street Vibrations in Palm Springs. He has worked almost all of the major hotels on the "strip" in Las Vegas. Brian has appeared on cruise ships and at hundreds of corporate events over the years. Some of the entertainers and singers that he has worked with are Eddie Money, The Beach Boys, Carlos Santana, Mary Wilson & The Supremes, Sha-na-na, War, The Leon Hughes Coasters, Bill Cosby, The Grass Roots, Cheap Trick, The Drifters, The Flamingoes, Hamilton & Joe Frank and Reynolds, Paul Rogers, Rick Springfield, Bruce Willis and The Return of Bruno, Jake Johansen, Survivor, Bill Haley's Original Comets, The Platters, Sonny Turner, Tommy Bell, Rob Hannah, Junior Brantley, John Lee Hooker, Bobby Vinton, Sally Struthers, The Diamonds, Elvin Bishop, Sista Monica, Bobby Rush, Norton Buffalo, John Mayall, Tommy Tutone, The Motels, Otis Day and the Knights, Legends in Concert, and many more. Says Thomas, "I have traveled all over the world and even did command performances for the Prime Ministers of Singapore and Malaysia."
In 2011 Brian returned to the Reno/Tahoe stage with “Rubber Biscuit’s Rockin’ Blues Revue”, performing 20 weeks in the main showrooms to sold out, enthusiastic crowds.
In December 2012, Rubber Biscuit entertained at the California Hall of Fame induction ceremony for Governor Jerry Brown, Carlos Santana, Clint Eastwood, the Beach Boys, Buzz Aldren and many others.
In 1999, after fourteen years of intensive touring in the US and abroad, Brian returned to Harvey's in Lake Tahoe with a nine piece band and twenty-two person cast, and worked the South Shore Room with “The Rockin’ Blues Revue” for a very successful solid year. He co-created, co-produced, and sold this production to Harvey's. They were one of Harvey's most profitable productions, ever! At Harvey’s casino alone Brian has done over 1000 shows. The Rockin’ Blues Revue went on to perform in showrooms and festivals worldwide for over a decade.

Brian began his singing career when a high school choir teacher recognized his sweet soprano. He was into sports but he always found himself gravitating to performing. He was always in one show or another, and at age 18 was cast along side Eric Stoltz, Carl Anderson, and Ted Neely in Jesus Christ Superstar. The production was directed by Gary Goddard and choreographed by Anthony Jenkins. Brian appeared in many regional theater productions in Northern California.

Meanwhile, Brian was writing and recording original music. His group Iguana Twist featuring Pato (Mike Fritch) appeared on the SF club scene, opening for Chris Issac and working with Layne Rico. They made it to MTV with the video for their original song called “Are You Following Procedure”. The video was directed by Ralph McMullen and the music produced by Matt Wallace of 'Faith No More' and 'Maroon 5' fame. This led to meetings with Warner Brothers, and were it not for another band with the same name (Rapid Eye Movement ... otherwise known as R.E.M) might have led to who knows what! Gotta love the Music Biz!
At nineteen, Brian was hired by United Artists as the local entertainment host on UA Cable Bay Area. He featured local Entertainment news and interviewed bands like Cheap Trick and Elvin Bishop. The shows were aired in the Bay Area and the Cheap Trick show is a cult classic.
At the outset of his career, Brian worked for and was mentored by the one and only Bill Graham, working as a “Blue Coat” for the Bill Graham Organization in the early 1980's. This invaluable experience exposed him to many of the renowned “Day On the Green” concerts.
Brian appeared at many of the local comedy clubs. He studied improv and the C.A.T.S. stand up comedy method, being coached and trained in San Francisco by Jose Simon ,(founding father of Comedy days all over America) Frank Kidder and John Cantu, and Jesse Fernandez . His love of comedy led him to include comedians in the shows that he has produced, working with great talents like Jake Johanson, Monty Hoffman, Jim Samuels, Doug Ferrari, Mike Pritchard, Will Durst, Evan Davis, Stephen Pearl, Bob Sarlotte, Bobcat, Maria Falzone, Laurie Kilmartin, Jose Simon, Brian Copeland, Chicago Steve Barkley and many others, including a gazillion open mikes. Brian learned stand up and improvisation and would continue to utilize these skills throughout his career.
Brian was one of the first four Karaoke Hosts in the United States with his show, STAR TRAKS - a real show that packed them in weekly. He was offered a show at the Lakeside Inn, one of the Lake Tahoe’s popular night clubs. He created a mini-review and the first karaoke show in the state of Nevada.
While touring the Western United States with his band Brian & the Dominos, Brian was noticed by Las Vegas Producer Mark Callas (son of comedian Charlie Callas) who offered him a leading role with the original cast of American Superstars at The Flamingo Hilton in Las Vegas. This was a great opportunity and would deliver him to the Las Vegas Strip - a life's dream, realized! He took the job in the inaugural cast of American Superstars for a year, playing the role of Jake in the Blues Brothers. American Superstars is one of the most successful shows in Vegas history.

"My career continues to be an amazing ride. Can’t wait to see what happens next! "
