1. Be Prepared - check in with yourself, rest, be calm, take 100% responsability for your part

2. Act immediately - get it out in the open - the sooner you can resolve it the better

3. Find a private, neutral place

4. Be aware of your body language

5. Share honestly about your feeling and speak responsably - no blaming - “I felt” not “You made me feel”

6. Identify the source of the conflict

7. Listen

8. Create the solution together

9. Come to an agreement about a plan

10. Leave on a positive note
