1. Accept what is going on

2. Take responsibility 

3. Recognize negative thoughts and stop them in their tracks

4. Imagine a solution

5. Re-frame the challenge as an opportunity to learn something 

6. Get physical - move, take a walk, yoga, dance it out - change your state

7. Slow down - usually there’s no rush for an answer, take your time

8. Remember your purpose 

9. Take care of your self - rest, eat well, excercise, bathe

10. Don’t give up - if you are going through hell...keep going!
